that's kinda like asking what size tires do i need to drive?

what's your budget, what type of time frame are you looking on doing it? what use do you plan to have for it... thousands of other things you need to take into consideration...

i'm a fan of the 5.0 motors... all of them (except the expo ones to be honest) the fitty motors are good, i like the 5.0 cammer motor, 5.0 coyote, 5.0 ho... (no they are NOT the same motors, the are 4 completely different motors, though the cammer and the coyote have the same block, and are both ford "modular v8's" and the 5.0 (302) fitty and ho motors are the same block, i don't recall if the latter two share the same crank or not, but HCI are all different by a lot

well, im goin to a 1 year college in september so id like to just get a motor and start to build it and slowly work on the truck, so im not in a hurry but i dont want to take too long either, id like to drop a worked motor in it evetually and then paint it, not like mint condition but pretty nice looking and im not gunna use it for work, id like to pop the hood when someone says to and have something different to show off hehe
