Here's mine I did from an '88 Ranger.

I have since put the same suspension as my truck with a sway bar, lifted the body 3", mounted the spare carrier forward of the axle and have it riding on 30's.
It is a bit of a sway back even with the sway bar. It was squirrelly once with a heavy load, I changed the tires and haven't had it happen again.
I am working on another trailer from a super cab, with the extra 18" it should be a little more stable.
