I am thinking the Holset from my ISX and the HPOP from a 99-03 stroke (along with it's LPOP) 18k mod ($99 and a good place to start) but just buying it tapped me out for awhile so it will be well after Christmas before I do anything drastic on it.

I think the biggest difference I can make is changing the fuel filter and taking care of the few minor fuel leaks I mistook as oil leaks.... going to order the black turbo boot and the company I am leased on to can get me all the international parts for it I want.

so fuel leaks first, then audio, and then a disk brake conversion. then I would like electric over hydraulic brakes but I am having difficulties finding an "off the shelf" electric booster. they where popular on Uhauls so you think they would be easy to find.

then the 4wd swap and then I can work on the power mods.

I bought this because a guy my brother knows needed money for tuition...... and because I have always wanted an obs CC dually......... since the first one I seen in the lot in 92...... and because I have needed a pick up 6 times since I bought this house and could not find one so I had to make due with the Blazer.

Also if you chip or tune the truck make sure you've got gauges to monitor the EGT's and Transmission temps(ESPECIALLY if you have an automatic) possibly look at an intercooler to keep the tranny temps down.

Been experimenting with a refridgerated intercooler and transcooler on another project, it is set up to kick on at 15psi sustained boost or if the intake air charge exceedes 250° or if the trans temp exceeds 195° or if the coolant exceeds 210° or if the egt exceeds 1050°

This is not my project all I am doing is assisting with building the logic board. I might be able to get this guy to post picks.

looking at the console you have there,the stock ford transfer case shifter will clear that no problem should you go 4x4.

figured it should,pretty much anything ford makes for trucks has to be compatible with 4wd as that's a huge part of the market.

Jury is still out on that....... $1200 for a complete axle with dually hubs then I still have to get coil buckets welded on.
