has anyone ordered gears from trs?....if they have let me know because i need 4.88's but i dont know if the one's they have are for just the rear end or both.

Whether you have a D28 or D35 I have no idea. Same with the 7.5 or 8.8. You'll have to figure that out for yourself. Don't forget to buy install kits which are at the bottom of the pages.

This is by no means definitive, but with a 95 2.3L 4x4, I'd guess that you have a 7.5 rear end and the hybrid dana 28/35 front. Basically a D-35 housing stuffed with the D-28 guts.
