I worked at M.A.P. for 6 years and just left there in May of this year to take a new job up the road at the Livonia Transmission Plant. Although my 88 Ranger isnt even a rolling chassis yet I could still come with my 86 Bronco2 "Gilligan" and be fun to see all my old friends still there. Count me in for whatever!

If there is a meet I will try to swing up from columbus. and knowing Seth he would probably go too. I am rarely on TRS anymore hell I am barely on FB anymore but I saw this thread from FB. Jim I dont know if you remember but you and I got together at wellsville what I assume was the last even TRS did at wellsville. You had the TRS2 and we were doing donuts in the rain hahahaha.

The date would be Sunday 10/21. This is all last minute stuff. I'm just trying to get Ford to work with me on something and waiting for a response.

Damnit thats my sunday to work. I could only be there maybe a couple hours before my shift starts at 5pm. And I guess Id have to drive my truck to work since I sold my trailer and my new one wont be here for a month. Ive never driven mine an hour+ on the expressway.

UPDATE: 10/16/18


We've been talking about gathering on Sunday 10/21/2018. As of right now, the temperature forecast has dropped to 46 degrees and mostly sunny. Due to the temperature, I thought it would be best to have a meet and greet someplace where we could check out the trucks, but still have a place to socialize inside.

I had considered Buffalo Wild Wings, but the found 'Ford's Garage' just up the street from it.

We will be gathering at 'Ford's Garage' at 1:00 PM on Sunday October 21st.

For anyone that wanted to trailer a vehicle, the mall at Fairlane Town Center (18900 Michigan Avenue, Dearborn, MI 48126) is only about a mile away. If you leave a vehicle parked there, you do so at your own risk.

Fastpakr and myself will be there. We'll be driving a Ford F-150 that we'll be renting at the airport.

Oh no! My girlfriend is running in the marathon in columbus that morning and her family is coming in town. I was supposed to be running in it was well but I broke two toes at wellsville hahahahaha.

So is it Sunday or monday? Either way i should be able to bring the truck i posted earlier. Seeing as it's "work related" no one should care. My truck has a story but I'm not sure it's what they want Haha. Tube frame, independent front and rear suspension, turbo, custom everything. There isn't much Ford left besides the body

about an hour south of Dearborn, in Toledo.
do they want very high mileage daily drivers? about 345,000 miles now.

looking at it you'd swear it only had a quarter million miles on it.

I think it's a testament for sure. I'd have to make sure that I pointed out the mileage to someone.

Looks like maybe 5 or 6 have posted in this thread that they can go.

Ford has said that if I get some people together to;

"let me know and most certainly I can arrange for a photographer to come out to the location. Some candid shots there of owners and vehicles can certainly be used for Ford’s internal channels and some of those assets might find their way to journalists attending the official event that Monday."
