Jeff and I handed it off to a 4 foot ginger girl that ran it from Southcentral Alaska to the Interior of Alaska (FBX) and back. That's a hell of a run and got a sig from a member (planned) around Denali. You slack asses need to get with it because believe you me there are a hell of alot of female members on TRS chompin to show you how its done. A girl started it, damn sure don't think one won't finish it.

I hear ya, but dude it's in FL now. IIRC the current holder (Frankenstein95) plans to have it in Miami in the next couple weekends. See if you can find one of those 4 foot gingers down in the Keys to meet him and finish off the trip. IIRC Florida is the one of the states that we've hardly had anyone interested in moving it.

Aloha... brought the banner all the way to the Big Island of Hawaii. We take our Ford Ranger to 4 wheel drive only places like Waipio Valley, Makalawena, South Point, Mauna Kea, Green Sands Beach and Black Sands Beach. Our Ranger has 180,000 miles on it. We have loaded it up to go camping, we pull the boat and go fishing, gone to the top of Mauna Kea covered in snow (not joking), and other places the "locals" can only get to if they have a 4 wheel drive. So now you gotta get back across the Pacific Ocean and travel cross country. Good luck and Mahalo!

Wait, you what? You're claiming that you kidnapped our banner from the destination state, almost at the end of its journey utilizing the efforts of dozens of people and thousands of miles, and took it 1/3 of the way around the world to your little home without anyone else noticing?

DG has to be prodded to take the begining meds so he can remember to take the middle meds to remind him to take the good stuff.. Hopefully it will be rollin towards Key West pretty soon, as the years go by on this banner it will be kind of bittersweet when it finally gets back to Jim at TRS HQ. With all the members and varied talents on TRS it would be bad to the bone if someone with video production skills could go back to the starting line and make a video of all the still pics (with sub text so we know who and where) videos and some memorable in between posts that where good, bad and ugly and heartfelt like when it went to Chances grave and sure wouldn't hurt to honor our military, ems, firefighters, law enforcement ect... folks some of which we have lost since this banner started off. Of course the soundtrack has to match each leg of the journey and be dialed in to fit (doubt the Canadians want justine beibler representing ).

DG if not for you, your time, effort, enthusiasm and dedication this mission it would have failed long ago. I thank you for that sir, you have been the glue and bugle call and truley a man I have the utmost respect for. If we do get a video it should be infused with you, you volunteered for this one and followed through. You remind me of my late Dad in some ways, two great epic men among many for damn sure I reckon sir.

Banner Update

Well As of this weekend, the banner has made it to Miami, FL after a 500 mile trek from Tallahassee. I Know there wasn't a lot of support in Florida Trying to get this banner moved, and sorry to anyone who didn't get to sign it. I know you guys love you some pictures so here ya go.

The Banner is currently at my parent's house about 150 miles from the endpoint and can make it to Key West one of two ways; Someone in South Florida can pick it up and take it with their Ranger the rest of the way, or my Dad, also a Ranger owner and part of a Harley Club, makes a ride down to Key West about once a month. I could get him and his biker buds to take it down and hang it on the Buoy for us. I don't want to be selfish and take it there the whole way myself, but I will if need be the next time I'm in town. Let me know what Y'all are thinking. I am so glad to have been a part of this and am grateful for the time and effort put in by so many of you on moving this thing.
