Actually it's closer to Macon city. Macon county is about an hour south. It's actually in southern Crawford county if anyone cares.

I should be able to get it to Tallahassee by then. Need to see what my work schedule looks like. I've got a cousin that will be spending the next month at Tyndall for an Air Force training class. It'll be a good excuse to go down and hang out with them for a long weekend. Can't recall if I scheduled any leave this month, will check my calendar when I go in tomorrow, and get back with you then.

Unfortunately it's going to have to make that leg of the trip in a Kia. According to the shop my truck needs ball joints for an alignment. I'm not sure I'm going to get time to fix it before then, and don't want to kill the tires driving on a bad alignment.

I checked my schedule and it looks like I've got Friday the 17th off. I can head down that way then no problem. Whenever I come down I'm going to plan to swing through on Thursday or Friday and then be in Panama City or Mexico Beach for the weekend.

I haven't been able to post replies on the site in two weeks.....I keep getting a "long-running script" error message for the Ranger Forum!

Anybody know what's going on....is it this site or my computer?

No problems here either DG. Must be something on your computer. Looks like it's an Internet Explorer issue. Check out this Fix. how do i fix the long-running script error on IE8 It'll probably be about the same for IE10, but I haven't used IE in so long I can't say for certain.

Haven't gotten the banner passed on yet, but it did get another signature today. I spotted a camper shell in the right color for my truck on Craigslist. To I went to take a look and bought it. Turns out the seller is a member of the sight, so we got another signature. Unfortunately I'm not much of a camera person, so no pics.

Plans are being made to pass the banner off to JP (Frankenstein95) this week. Will update when the hand off is made.

If the Banner makes it to Thomasville, GA I can pick it up from Tallahassee, and take it all the way to Miami, making stops for signage of course. I'm planning on making the trip first week of May.

As of last night the banner is in frankenstein95's possession. It's on the way to Tallahassee via Tennessee. They had a long trip ahead of them, and it was liable to start pouring at any minute, so I just handed the banner off and let them get back on the road. Hope they have a great trip!

JP thanks for checking when we left the meeting point. Nothing major wrong with the truck. Something in the fuel system does not like to hold pressure. Once it's been shut off for a few minutes the pressure leaks down and it doesn't like to start back up without priming the system. Figure it's either dirty injectors, fuel pressure regulator, or fuel pump. I'll fix it when it finally breaks, until the I just got to remember to prime the fuel system before starting.

At this point can I borrow your reading glasses DG?.C'mon you big tough men with every excuse in the book. Jeff and I handed it off to a 4 foot ginger girl that ran it from Southcentral Alaska to the Interior of Alaska (FBX) and back. That's a hell of a run and got a sig from a member (planned) around Denali. You slack asses need to get with it because believe you me there are a hell of alot of female members on TRS chompin to show you how its done. A girl started it, damn sure don't think one won't finish it.

Fine with me....I'm not proud......the Banner comes first....if I wouldn't already have a 1,000 trip planned to Florida in September I'd already have the Banner in Key West. I've never seen so many members chicken out when it's time to move the Banner.......

makes me think I might be ALASKAN OR CANADIAN!!!!
