I want to go get it, but it will be September before I get a chance. If no ones got a problem waiting a couple weeks, Ill grab it.

Looks like it's gonna be you.....unless someone steps up in the meantime....if they do......the Banner has an outside chance to be in Miami by Christmas....

but it definately needs to get thru the Snow-Belt in the meantime.....

or follow down the West Coast & cross the Southern U.S once the snow starts up.....


(What are the chances of you guys riding together to split the fuel cost, or pooling your funds so an individual can go get the Banner?)

i should post this again, i'm driving from calgary to vancouver at the end of september, so either through Wahlstrom, or mrrangersir, we can get this moved a decent distance in a relatively short period of time...

wasn't there someone out on vancouver island who was trying to get the first banner? i might be heading to esquimalt to see a friend first weekend of october, just before i book it back to calgary

Still in my possession. Sounds like Tom (Gwaii) might be making a trip over this way near the end of the month. If possible I would like him to get in on this.

I hate to say it but this thing might just have to make the next leg of the journey via the mail to Andrew unless we wait for MrRangerSir to take it that way mid September. Sounds like from there it will be easier to get from member to member.

It would be good if the Edmonton/Calgary members could pool their gas money so one vehicle could make the hand-off sooner than late-September to keep the Banner from getting snowed in at the U.S/Canada border.

the border won't be a problem... right along the line in western canada gets minimal snow
