My list is long... but doable.

I think I'm gonna change pizza night to Friday night. It makes the most sense from a product freshness stand point and trying to keep everything cold for another 24 hours.

Either way... I would be grateful if any of you could offer up a bit of cooler space maybe???

Pizza Friday night...and possibly a treat from Eric? Although Justin isn't too thrilled about it because he likes his canned fruit and cake mix version, I have frozen (fresh) peaches and a recipe for him to make peach cobbler. These were amazing peaches I purchases from the local school fundraiser. They went into some peaches 'n' cream pies I'll be selling at the local market the following Saturday after Kentucky and I just had so many peach slices left over I couldn't let them go to waste. Shall we have a treat/dessert contest??... I can plan for the buiscits and sausage gravy for either Saturday or Sunday morning.

Side note...we've got some farm fresh butt nuggets (duck and chicken) we can carry down if there any takers...I have roughly 15 layable chickens and 4 layable ducks. I'm averaging at least 1 duck egg almost every morning and then about 5 chicken eggs throughout the day. I've already got a stash of about 4 dozen chicken eggs and about 2 dozen duck eggs. And this number will only go up. I think I'm even starting to get guinea eggs too as I've been noticing some funny, teardrop shaped eggs that I'm only every finding on the ground and not in a nesting box.

I’m not a good enough cook to enter into any kind of contest. And I don’t bake.

Not to say my cooking is horrible. It just isn’t gourmet or contest level.

I talked to a few friends and they said a life jacket is all that's required. No permits. They did reinforce the life jacket and said wildlife management officers are always patrolling the water and will fine you if you don't have 1 in the boat. No permits for non motorized water crafts. I'm not sure I'm gonna bring mine though. I'm not a big fan of paddling too much. Since my shoulder is wore out I stick to more moving water than flat lakes haha. I'll just have to see how much room I have after I pack the truck. Dang I need a bed or roof rack haha

The life jacket isn’t a problem and I have a roof rack. So no problems there either.

Randy's truck is still in the transmission shop. If he don't come I can grabhis fridge and run it off my truck. Bit that's all if he can't make it. Which I hope he can.
