I have been fighting one thing after another on this idle issue. I got the eratic idle taken care of...Now it won't idle right, if at all untill it is warmed up. The idle really drops if I have the AC on, sometimes stalling the engine. checked vaccum lines, cleaned terminals to both IAC and TPS. cleaned the shnikeys out of the IAC, soaked it to clear out all the gunk.
what are the resistance readings for the TPS and IAC to see if they are bad. @ $107 for the IAC I wanna be sure I am replaceing a busted part. also on the IAC, should that little plunger close on its own when it is off the vehicle, or will it stay open untill power is applied to the unit?
