Trim rings, beauty bands

I don't have the money for a new set of rims "kids collage" so I am planning to paint my stock 15 inch wheels black then add trim rings and chrome lug nuts. I have another ranger but it has 14" wheels. Where can I get some trim rings or are there some trim rings that I can pull off a car at pick and pull?

Anything at pnp is usually junk as far as beauty rings go. Ebay has a ton though.
