Treadwrights came in

nice work on the rims man, they look really nice.
why no white letter tires?

I don't see where everyone is getting this brown from? Maybe I'm missing a pic.

I actually like the rims, never would have thought that color combo would have worked.

I dont see brown either? :icon_confused:

ill get some better ones. and thanks, I wasnt sure if it would work either. everyone blacks rims out. I wanted something different.

seems like the 16" tires arent that common with white letters, who knows LOL

I dont give a HOOT if they have white lettering or not as long as they hold up for me and dont peel like the thousands of semi tires you see on the road!

You won't be disappointed with those tires. Those are the ones I have and I love 'em.

They probably don't have white letters because that is more of a heavy duty truck tire size than one that would be used on something sporty. That would be my best guess.

Nice tires, and the wheels look awesome. I never thought the stock wheels could look so good. I always avoided thinking of painting them, cause all you see is blacked out wheels as you said. I love the stock wheels... So your coloring makes me lovem 10x more.

Why thank you :D

I always liked my tear drops on my 2000. So now these are even better!

Guys... I have bad news.

Put the treadwrights on yesterday. Look AMAZING! I had then on for about 120 miles when I started getting a crazy vibration while on the interstate. I pulled off real quick and hopped out to inspect what was going on and this is what I found... (first three pics are of the tires after I just mounted them. Next couple are the damage...)

It should be covered under warranty, but thats still scary! I know people have run treadwrights for thousands of miles with no issues. Im just thinking I got a bad tire. I had them professionally mounted and balanced and I aired them to the proper pressure.

You always take a chance with retreads......you did good noticing the problem before the tread flew off, could have done a bunch of damage. :icon_thumby:
