Transmission question...with pics

Doing a fluid change and want to fix a small leak. What is this on the transmission, it looks like this is where it's leaking. It's at the top on the drivers side, if that helps. The truck is an 05 2.5 with a 5 speed, thanks.

Its probably leaking from above, the rubber plugs for the shift rails.

Thanks i'll check those out, already got the driveshaft out to do a pinion seal and u-joints.
