transmission problem

hey does anyone know how to adjust a clutch on a 1990 ford ranger 5spd
sometimes the truck wont let me put in gears. any ideas would help cuz im not sure what to do

Its Hyd. You have a slave cyl. going bad probably.

is there anyway to check that?

edit: the trans shifts fine when its warm out but when it hold it alot harder to shift?

fix my floor mat was keeping the clutch petal from goin whole way down thanks anyway guys lol
