Hey guys. This is my first post here.:headbang: And i would like to start by saying i am not auto mechanically inclined:dunno:
First off i Drive a 1994 Ford Ranger Rear wheel drive 4.0L engine manual transmission. :yahoo:
I need help figuring out the best buy for transmission and powersteering fluid. Both thing have a slight leak. I cant afford a repair and imal ready saving for a new car. But im trying to make this drive every last KM it can trek before moving on. Im looking to find out what would be the best fluid for me to use for bothpowera t eering and transmission i need the thickest(most viscous) stuff. Ive done bit of online looking:icon_idea:. Can never find the same product twice. So i just need some help. Im looking to buy bulk:popcorn:

Same stuff for both leaks Dex/mercon ATF of any type D)

Yes, just ATF(automatic transmission fluid) to top them both up

Yes, Ford M5OD-R1 manual transmission, as found in all Rangers after 1990, uses ATF
