My 1989 BII 5 speed/auto case & hubs at times will not engauge. It did once after I bought it, not now. I have a 1989 BII 5 speed/manule case and hubs as a donor truck. I know the hubs will bolt right in.

So the questions for the transfer case are;

Will the transfer case bolt in?

Any mods needed such as shaft lenght to the front alxe?

Is there a knock out for the low range shifter, or does the floor have to be cut?

Any change in the computer?

Thanks...

They should both be 1350's so the manual one should bolt right up, there should be a floor plate that you replace that includes the hole for the tcase shifter, so you don't have to cut a hole in the floor...

everything will bolt right up, i'm about to do the same swap except i have a Dana 35 i'm throwing under there, but i'm puttin manual hubs on it.

as for the front axle, it may be easier to just put the entire axle with manual hubs in. you could keep the same diff and just put the beams/hubs/rotors, etc. in
