transfer case swap question

i have a 1350 t case and i want to upgrade because of the front shaft im going to do a 1345 out of an explorer or newer ranger. but i was thinking of doing a 205 but im not sure if it will bolt up one of my buddys said he thinks it will but im not sure. has anyone done it?
