I was curious if there are any other transfer cases that will bolt up to m5od trans. Is it just the bw1350 and bw1354 or are there others that I could use.

If you got the cash, an Atlas 2 speed or 4 speed will. There is also the D&D Doubler and another company that makes an additional low range unit to install between the tranny and t-case.

I feel your pain. I'd like to see transfercases listed by bolt pattern. Does anyone know if such a list exists?
