trans slipping any help?

trans slips when kicks out of o/d if feels like you hit one of the rumble strips on the side of the road and when i take off i think its sliping but not sure it feels like its spining the tires any help on that i could to to get it to last a little longer?

You have low line pressure, cloged filter, leaking valve body, bad pump. start with the filter its the cheapest.
