Anybody know know what size I need?

2 different fastener sizes there. One from crossmember into mount and one from mount into transmission tailhousing. And, are you asking for fastener suze designation or the size of wrench or socket you need? Fasteners are designated by thread size, not by wrench size.

Trans mount under the trans, they are two 18mm (drive) size. So I think they are m14's.

The two rocker panels? Depends on if you have the older style with the rubber that the bolt runs through or the "newer" style where there's 4 bolts on each side directly to the frame.

That sounds about right for the nuts that hold the mount to the crossmember. I think the bolts that go through the mount into the transmission tailhousing may be 1/2"-13, probably needing about an 11/16" wrench or socket.

I've always used metric on the Ranger because of the motor. I'm a mechanic professionally as well, and I hate bouncing back and forth. I've never had the farther apart "same sizes" felt off. 19mm and 3/4" are only off by like 0.02", but others can be sloppy.

Should be metric if I had to guess so 12mm... Ford likes to mix and match but on the 2.3L's at least the 10mm bolts into the block from the transmission side are 10mm threads but a 1/2" wrench fits just fine with 13mm being a bit loose... hard to complain when it just works but would be easier to strip if they were really stuck using the right tools...

The two studs that come down into the crossmember. They take a deep socket 18mm I believe, but I don’t know the threading. Not sure if I’m phrasing this right, sorry. Just hate to imagine my trans bouncing around down there.
