trans interchange question

hello everybody...really helpfull site here.... just registerd today....have spent some time recently searching forums, and have been rewarded with a lot of information. hope someone can help me with this. A friend of mine's m50 in his 92 2.3 went south... having trouble winding one at a reasonable price I have noticed a couple postings for mazda b2200 with 4 cyl 5 speed ... Any chance that these transmissions are interchangeable??? HELP

No... If it was a B2300 from 94-up it would work... Not a B2200 though... Totally different then...
