i have a 86 ranger 4x4 with a 2.9 v6 and a Mitsubishi FM145 tranny but i hate this transmission. I had a 92 ranger with a 3.0 v6 and a Mazda M50D-R1 transmission that i loved and i was wondering if it is possible to put a mazda M50D-R1 transmission in my 86 model without too many modifications?
