Tranny shifting issue

Just bought an 05 Ranger 4cyl automatic. It has 122K. She shifts fine when cold but when it gets warm it shifts rough between 2nd and 3rd...kind of a klunk then shifts fine after that including OD. Fluid is good but I havent changed it out yet. Any recommendations?
