tranny rebuild

Hi all,

My manual transmission is shot. It's on a:

1993 Ranger extended cab
4X4 4.0L

I am planning on rebuilding, but all of the service manuals referenced on this site (that I could find) had broken links.

Could someone please provide:

1. Active rebuild links and/or a good service manual
2.Any other info that might be helpful for this job
