truck is an 98 3.0l, 2wd, automatic, i think it is a T code tranny

looking for a shift kit, what is best? what is involved?

also planning on a power flush and a pan drop/filter change. which do i do first and why?

i really want to get this done before i deploy... and i have leave coming up in december.... wnat to get it done before then really.....
