Traction bar help!!!!

I have an 85 ranger 2wd with a 302 in it, I'm doing the rear suspension and I already did the flip kit and put the rear ontop of the leaf springs but now I need traction bars and I can't find anything anywhere! The only ones I can find are for the rear under the leafs.. Any help or direction would be great thanks!!

Check out the V8 explorers...They have a traction bar that bolts to the top of the leaf spring on the perch. I'm sure you could fab a bracket to make it work that way..

Here's my Son's 93 that I V8'd and also used a flip kit. We used Lakewood slapper bars:

That's a newer ranger though so idk if those would work for my first gen, and thanks for that link if I can't find a pair I'll probably go that route.

I have a set on my 84 that I got from James Duff. They use the U-bolts on the axle and go to the front hanger.

They are the bar above the spring in this pic on the right. (ignore the this line drawing)

Thanks but I need them for the rear ontop of the leaf springs, someone else told me that the rearend configuration is the same for any ranger but I can c in chvrlk pics that his shocks bolt near the leaf springs but mine but too the rear... Still confused lik

Thats because I'm runnin a 00 Explorer 8.8 and used the Explorer U-bolt brackets & fabricated upper shock mounts.

Those are on top of the leaf spring. They bolt on above the spring plate. I bought them before I got my lift springs (using blocks back then). Maybe a pic of your set up would help.
