So I sold my baby and picked up a perfect 94 ex cab xlt 2wd 3.slow, came across a desc EB 44 and 9" for 75 bucks... my question is, whats the easiest way to make a trac bar frame bracket? would a stock or lifted modified L/F I beam bracket with a lil mod do the trick or?? This is my only hold up, what worked for every one else? This 3.slow truck is so clean not one dent or scratch and even has a power rear slider... I have a 351/c4/1354 sitting for the future, I just want to get the axles under it first... Please give me some info before I dig a big money pit... I plan on duff arms/coils and ranger duff coil buckets. I'm a 12yr mechanic with out welding experience. I dont want to make it a presidential desision, it will be my daily with a baby seat... I have a strap on (snap on) 220 mig and a boss that I trust to glue it up though... :icon_welder: this is now my 3rd ranger.

93 splash MAF EFI 5.0/aod/1354 duff lift arms&leafs 33's, 93 excab 4.0 8" suspension 3" body 35" hawgs, now this one... I'm a Ranger junkie... I wanted to do a 98 4x4 AWD Mountaineer swap but those trucks are expensive...

Help a junkie out!

Oh and the 3.0 truck is charcoal gray met with a billet grill, new head lights and clear corners, some kinda ricer tail lights, nice light tinted windows, bed liner, fog light valance, weird blue/black bucket seats, but so so clean and maintained for a G, didnt run right. Turned out to be a bad alternator and tune up! :icon_hornsup:

I used a track bar bracket from Ballistic Fabricaton, then cut 2 reinforcement plates (1/4"), and welded them to the sides to spread the forces through the entire side of the frame.

Nice job! Where did you get those coil buckets from? I'm guessing you can change ride height verry easily with those bad boys... Have any more pics of that build? Its SWEET!

Which one? go to photobucket.com and search rx7dood for the 5.0 splash. The ex cab on 35's is on my face book but i'm real shady on there... look up shaun.w.findley@gmail.com n friend me...

My splash was the baddest one...

Sorry just looked at photobucket and the ex cab is on there, but before i put 35" ground hogs on it...

The splash was a e7te bottom end w gt40p's, E303, real gt40 intake, painless harness/A9L, AOD/1354 w AA adapter 1354 push buttin that still worked... Miss that truck!
