usually the decals on the rear part of the bed tells everyone if you're driving something special. otherwise it should say in the owners manual, original window sticker and the vin which you can decode in the tech library here.
as for the frame though, they are all the same no matter which level of ranger you drive. they didn't make them any stronger for FX4 level II 4.0 v6 than for the base model with the 4 cyl. motor. same dimensions, same psi strength steel, etc.
