Tow hooks location

hey guys i have a 94 ranger 4x4 and im looking for ideas on a location for the front tow hooks the only way id seeing any work with the stock bumper is position them so you can hook through the hole in the front bumper ill post pics of what i mean. after i figure out my password to photo bucket. but for all of you who know what hole im talking about the one behind the licence plate send me some ideas!

Im selling a front hitch with D-rings you bolt between your frame rails. PM me if you're interested in it.

Mine are mounted to the bottom of each frame rail to the stock holes from the front sway bar that used to be there
