total rebuild?

Ok guys, need some help. I emailed this guy about rebuilding my A4LD, and wanting it done right. Someone has to know if this "list" is good/bad/mediocre... or if there is just a ton of stuff to add to it? This is what he said his total rebuild does for it, and it sounds like the reprogramming kit is essentially a shift kit, right? i've always dealt with manual tranny's, i don't know jack sh*t about automatics in what needs to be done in a rebuild. i was thinking the only thing i would add to it is a brand new pump?

What a total rebiuld for as close as I can get is as fallows.
Deluxe Kit: paper and rubber kit
metal clad seals
ring kit
friction clutches
steel plates
filter
modulator
bands
bushing kit
Reprograming Kit: This updates the valve body and other parts in in drums and pump. This will clear out out dated shifting probems.
Will also have a new torque converter and pan seal.


I really hoping for some help on this one guys!
