Was just wondering if it is possible to raise the front some thru the torsions what are the bass about cranking torsions and how will I know if this is already done ? I would like the truck to sit level as the front looks lower , also it seems as if my left front tire sticks out more ? Alignment off ?

You don't have torsion bars on that truck (1998-2011 only).

Maybe it's the angle of your pic, but it already looks level to me.
It does look like your steering needs some attention though (too-short pitman arm, leaving the linkage pulled up at a steep angle). I'd worry about that and it's handling and tire wear ramifications before trying to get any additional lift out of it.

Any idea on a pitman arm I can get to fix this problem ?
