How hard would it be to convert my 02 edge with the torsion bar front end to a coil over set up? What would the bonuses be to this?

Thanks guys,

Do you have a link? I have heard of it, but i cant find it anywhere.

do you have a reason to change to it. if you are looking for slight lift you could just crank them a bit and get an alignment. bigger lift im not sure. 2wd? or 4? if looking to lower just crank the other way for slight drop. lots of drop then maybe converting would be ok.

I would say handling isnt going to be much different maybe weight i dunno. maybe ground clearance would improve giving the braket to mount the end of the bar is gone?

The point of coil overs is to both lift and give the truck better handling, coilovers are fully adjustable letting you adjust to the very t. If your into high speed offroading like prerunners do then it would be perfect, but if your going to just be offroading at slower speeds then you should stick with the convention lift
