Torsion bar crank question

I got under the ranger today (98 model) and was going to crank the torsion bars up a little. I have 31's on it. The driver side bolt was about half way in and the passenger side was only 1/4 or 1/8 of the way in. I have 5" clearance between the fenderflare and the tire right now. Does anyone know if I can get a little more clearance or is that all shes got?

You can get more clearance, my tires are almost 32" and I have a full 6" gap from fenderflare to tire.....

And the bolts are supposed to be uneven to level the truck...
