Like the title says. What do I torque the rear flange bolt too? If I over tighten the bolt it pulls on the output shaft and the t-case will not shift out of 4wd to 2wd. Am I missing a spacer?

You must be...

the speedo worm gear on the output shaft on a BW T-case is moulded onto a steel spacer.

BTW, I don't bother torquing it, I just run it as tight as I can get it with
my 1/2" impact gun.
