torque converter lockup switch.

i did this, the switch is connected correctly, but it doesn't lock up the torque converter when i flip it, it's a lighted switch, and the light turns off when the torque converter locks up on it's own.

do i need a bigger ground, or what am i missing?

Bad idea! The PCM will detect when the TC is locked up or not, and doing a manual switch like this will throw codes, causing "limp home mode". The tranny will shift extremely hard, along with the other "limp home mode" conditions.
