Top starter bolt / stripped

Any ideas on how to remove a stripped bolt on top of starter. I've tried a stripped bolt extractor. it's to hard to get leverage on the wrench or ratchet. No Room! Any help will be greatly appreciated! Sincerely Rowdy

Are you able to get a flat tip screwdriver under the bolt head if the threads are stripped. If the head is stripped a next smaller size socket hammered on the head of the bolt.

I'm not exactly sure how much room is there.
