To Install or Not?

You got it backwards man...supposed to be multiple wimmens and 1 truck.
Go ahead and try the lift...you got the parts...you can always wuss out and remove the lift if you don't like it. Hope your woman can climb if she ever rides in the truck. Get a removable winch that you can hitch mount front or rear...hmm, talking bout the truck, not wimmen.

I hear ya, doing 2" receivers front and rear for winch. BTW this is the only woman that rides in my truck. She takes up most of the room too.

My free advice (worth every penny I've been told) would be to do no more modifications than needed to meet your needs. I'm generally not a fan of lift kits myself. Rig for front and rear winch placement for those times when you need it and keep the old girl rolling.

Now that I see the woman allowed in your truck, the lift is out of the question...don't make it hard on her to get in/out as she gets older...picking her up in and out won't be an option by that time. It's that or leave her at home...bummer.

Hell, I pick her up now to get into the truck and she's only 4 yrs old and 103lbs! Genetic defect to the front legs at 9 months, had surgery at Cornell to fix it. Lucky she can walk at all. Wife loves to feed her (subject of many an argument). I carry her up flights of stairs everyday too. I'd take her with me regardless, even if I had to carry her everywhere she would go. Pretty ain't she. Love that girl! Anyway, will install parts either this winter or next yr and report back then with results.
