looking at a 94 5.0 mustang rad. and fan to replace what i have.any one use this set up.
its either that or iam just going to buy a new spolder v-8 from napa.i can get the mustang set up pretty cheap thou.
this is going to my dd for a while so i wanna do this right.

opinions please.........

To install either, you're going to have to do some metal fab work in an 85. Might as well use the cheaper radiator. The V8 Exploder radiator is taller than the Ranger's radiator. You can try going with a HD 4.0 radiator also, these may be a direct swap in an 85, but I'm not 100% on that.

I used a radiator out of a '64 Caddy in mine. That thing was HUGE. Had to do some serious fabrication to make it work, but it never, EVER got hot even idling in traffic for hours.

thanks guys.the metel work is no prob.may have to move the trans cooler and was trying to avoid that lol(getting lazy).
ihave a bid in on the stang rad. and fan.
found a couple of v-8 mustang II 3-rows but they will be outta my budget when they sell.
