tires rubbing the sway bar

I put a pro comp front lift on my truck and the tires rub the sway bar. I was wondering if I put it on upside down or? It did not have any sway bar brackets with the lift. I was going to put some I had made but they would not work. The bar would have been to far down. I can put longer ends on but will that solve the problem? The ends are really close to the front springs. Any ideas on this? I tried to find some pictures of a stock sway bar installed to see if it was upside down but did not find any. If I flip it over it would seem to lift the spot were it is rubbing up from the center of the tire. Just thought I would ask before doing any work. I am sure someone had the problem?I am leaning toward putting longer end links on it? Thanks for any ideas.

The problem was the sway bar was not lowered but today I installed the end links off of a 96 explorer rear sway bar. This made the steering quit acting stupid and the tires do not rub at all. I had to press out the bolt on one end of the link and it bolted right up.I had to unbolt the brake line bracket. I have been thinking about the steering acting stupid and it may have been the old end links were to tight and not allowing the sway bar to work at the same rate on both side?
