so ive looked at the tire/gear chart.
http://www.therangerstation.com/tech_library/gearandtirechart.html
first, WHERE in the tech libray is it? i had this page bookmarked for future reference.

my truck originally started out with 3.27s and 235s(29inch tires)
it now has 33s and 4.10s but from my understanding. the factory ratio net an rpm of about 2450 doing 65. the 33s and 4.10s is about 2700. Now if i were to up my tire to a 35 with my gearing now at 4.10s i should be able to bring my rpms down to about 2550. this should be close to what the truck was when stock correct? i do some towing, sled trailer and utility trailer. and i do a lot of driving 55 and up. i recently rebuilt my 4.0 and added a 4.10 cam headers and a eaton m90 charger. around town i get about 12-14 and at 65 i get the same. i noticed cruzing at about 55 i can get 16. my buddy has the same truck but stock and auto. mines standard, and around town he gets 14 and highway can get up to 20. pretty much, if i go with 35s would that help drop the rpms and boost my mileage a little?

NO - sorry, but a blown 6cyl with huge tires is Lucky to get 12-15 mpg

Bad is right. With your setup you are not gonna get great MPG. 3.27 gears were too much for your truck to start with, and were probably hurting your MPG when you were stock. With the blower, upping your final drive might help a bit, but I'd almost go for higher gears with your current tire size if you want to get better MPG.

Bigger tires will add weight that will limit the potential benefits of the increased final drive. Re-gearing will get you that final drive change but 3.27, 3.45, 3.73, 4.10, and 4.56 gears all weigh the same so you will be better able to use that power instead of wasting it on moving heavier tires.

33's and 3.73 gears should produce a ratio close to what you'd have with 35's and 4.10s.

and don't forget that the bigger, wider tires also create more drag/wind resistance besides all their un-sprung weight. manual or automatic tranny may also have some effect on your mileage with those big tries. guess i'd be looking at 4.88 or 5.13 gears for 35 inch tires... but that's just me.

dont get me wrong i i know the charger wouldn't help me that much but i averaged the same mileage before as i do know give or take 1mpg and ive got a bit more torque with it. i didnt ad it for the speed factor. . max boost is only 3 psi. and i stay out of boost when i can. i figured that iam running a 12.5 wide tire now and a 35 would be the same width and a little taller so it would drop the rpms... thats why i posted up a question to you guys..
