Tired 3.0

I have a 4wd 1994 ext. Cab ranger with an automatic and 3.0l with 180k. My question is: Is there an easy way to put a 4.0l in my truck or am i better to rebuild the 3.0l? The reason i am thinking about the 4.0l is i had a 1998 4wd ext. With the 4.0l and really enjoyed the power it had. Just curious what you guys think...thanks pete

Nope not easy at all! You will need an entire donor vehicle to make it work.
