With stock D35 and Ford 8.8 and 2" hub spacers and warn manual locking hubs, whats the max tire size im looking at? thanks

The D35 & 8.8" are normally good for up to a 35" tire (on vehicles that are lighter up front such as a BII or 4-cyl Ranger it's often possible to get away running 37s).

I would strongly advise skipping the spacers though, your front wheel bearings won't like those at all (too much leverage on them).
