i am going to pick up a 97 ranger on monday for 2300 it has the 4.0, manual hubs and t-case and 5 speed manual. the biggest i want to go is 33"s on it would i be able to fit them with a leveling kit in front and add a leaf in the rear? i dont want to lift it very much i like my low cog

I got 31's on mine now with no problems. With the leveling kit and add a leaf I dont see why not. Mine got plenty of clearance stock so your tires should work with the small lift.

Best chance of fitting them is if you mount them on 15x8 rims with a 3.75" backspace.

Expect them to still rub a bit on the front part of the rear fenders, and maybe a bit on the back of the fronts, too (32x11.50s shouldn't rub at all however).

thanks for the help guys. however i ended up getting screwed over on the truck. the guy decided he couldnt wait a whole day to get the money so he sold it. but im looking at a few 93 exploders now.
