Tire size fit?

I recently purchased a '99 b4000 4x4, has original 15" wheels with 245/75/15 tires. Will 16" wheels with 265/75/16 tires clear with some torsion crank? I had an '03 b4000 4x4 with original 245/75/16 tires and I upgraded to 265/75/16 tires, some torsion crank and everything cleared fine. I'm thinking both trucks are the same, so the bigger tire size should fit!?

They are the same truck besides the year. The tires will fit fine.
