So heres the deal i got 3, 30 inch bfg mud terrains with about 25% tread off of a buddy
and I have just enough cash to buy 2 , 30 inch dunlop mud rovers from a budy for the distributor price

the question is worn tires in back good tires in front , so that I have more traction for turning
or worn in front good in back for when its not in 4wheel

the 3rd worn tire will of course be the spare

(these tires are only going to be for offroad, ive got another set of worn all terrains n wheels for around town)

Any other things to consider?
Your guys thoughts n opinions?

thanks

cliff notes - Im poor, 3 worn tires. 2 new - where do i put em

Put the tires with more tread on the front for better traction for turning and what not.

thats what i was thinking

There is also more weight up front, I'd put them there.

Back when I had mix matched tires I set up my rotation so I have the good tires on the back in the winter and on the front in the summer.
