timing tensioner

is the timing tensioner for for the 4.0 hydraulic for the rear chain, and a guide and spring type tensioner for the front? does a dealers tensioner make a difference in the quality of the part?

Most parts NO the quality is about equal! However if I needed a new tensioner I'd for sure use a Ford one. That particular part is such a PAIN to install that I would NOT want to do the install twice.
