timing chain ???

well thought my cam syncro went bad its not the code got triped either from a broken timing chain, stripped out gear on the cam, or a cracked cam. Has any one ran into this problem need to know how hard it is to do or any tips thanks

anyone come on someone had to had this problem need to know if the valves bend or not
