Don't get that timing tool kit!!!! I got mine, the "OEM" OTC kit on eBay for $150 used. This is something there's no need to buy new, just make sure it's all there when you buy on eBay. As far as parts for the timing stuff, I would get all the cassettes on Rock Auto and buy OEM Ford tensioners from a dealership or reputable seller so you can avoid fakes.

I just did the job on my truck this past fall/winter and it wasn't too hard at all.

Make sure you have the good quality tools for timing the cams. I feel that is the most critical part of the cam timing chain system rebuild.

Yes and the best part is, when you use the timing tool kit it is literally impossible to time the engine wrong. It sucks having to buy it but it does take every bit of guess work out.
