Timing chain or belt?

I have a 2000 Ranger, 3.0 V6 Flex Fuel. Does it have a timing chain or a belt? I had it in my head that it was a belt and at 130,000 miles, I was figuring I'd need to replace it soon to avoid being stranded somewhere. Then I was reading about guys having 3.0's with chains. I was pretty sure my mom's 3.0 vulcan had a belt, but maybe I was wrong?

Hopefully I am, I'm a big fan of timing chains over belts.

They're all chains. No timing belts on a 3.0.
