timing belt help needed

had to install a new head gasket on my 94 ranger 2.3 took head off it was blowed between 2 and 3 cly. i didnt move any thing put head back on timming belt back on no start can somebody give me simple directions to take belt back off and get it in time . it must be way out it didnt even backfire.

i had it way out of time. redone my work got number 1 up lined the marks on cam and timing marker put belt back on started up . im learnen .
